For the months of March and April our spa has two exciting offers where for 2 hours you can experience the best treatments on Samui, our Aloe fresh and Samui signature are something that you would not miss while at our resort. 

Signature Dish for Kan Sak Thong:

Our special dish at our fine dining restaurant will be Fried lamb with hot basil and Chef Ken’s secret herbs which will have to guessing as to what they are? Like to know the secret then come and enjoy a stunning dish which will capture the essence of Thailand with a view which will complete the atmosphere of the evening. 

Signature Dish for The View:


The latest creation from Chef Alexis for the months of March and April which will be served at our international view restaurant is Asparagus and Tomato panna cotta with olive sabayon. This delicious mouthwatering dish has been carefully create for a warm summers night with the sea breeze and drink in hand so that you can relax  and your holiday in our resort.

Cocktail of the Month:

Summertime all the time with our amazing Melati Sangria! 

This delicious cocktail combines the best of summer by infusing wine, summer fruits and soda water. Not only is it one of the most 
refreshing ways to cool off during the warm summer months this wine "punch" is simply the best. Try this cooling and invigorating recipe made by our Melati staff, which will become your cocktail of choice.

Introducing Chef Alexis

We would like to congratulate Chef Alexis on his promotion to Executive Chef of Melati Beach Resort, Chef has been with us for nearly 2 years he hails from Germany and has a passion and a creative flare for creating both international and Thai dishes. His love of food started at an early age and he has continued that love affair by joining us at Melati with him he brings experience and imagination to make exciting varieties of cuisine. 

Always smiling and interacting with our guest around the resort, he is happy to talk about what he is working on at our restaurants, put a visit to Melati on your list to immerse yourself in 
Chef Alexis creations.
