Kan Sak Thong Monthly Thai Special

The latest creation from Chef Koy is "Banana Mania: Coconut Milk poached Banana, deep fried Banana, Homemade Banana Ice Cream" this mouthwatering dessert is a gourmet delight if you love desserts but we have added Khun Koy special touch that mixes the spectrum of flavors on a single plate as this will be the dessert for you during your stay with us.

   

 

Signature dish of the View Restaurant

The special signature dish for the coming months is "Grilled Lobster Meat (100g) with Celery Fennel Salad, Orange Fillet and Pesto Foam" all these delicious flavors in one dish has the WOW factor. Chef Alexis created this dish with your pleasure in mind with all the different textures and aromas.

   

 

Cocktail of the month

Let Khun James our cocktail guru guide you on a journey of cocktails for the upcoming months, he has created this delicious and fresh cocktail "Rum Punch" made with White Rum, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Lime Juice and Grenadine all original flavors but with a Melati twist this cocktail and a chat with Khun James will become a nightly event even if its drinking at our swim up pool bar or on the beach.

 

Melati's Thai Cooking Class

Would you like to become like our Master Chef Ken, if so join our Thai cooking class to see if you are up for the challenge? You will learn how to prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine, with hands on cooking experience to discover the secrets of our signature dishes. Follow step-by-step instructions to create your own culinary menu with our signature dishes.

 

Introducing Khun Mahaut (Khun Mao) Our F&B Service Manager

Khun Mahaut, aka Mao, is originally from a small town in Belgium next to the Germany border, after graduating with a bachelor in business engineering and a master's in business administration and a flare for foreign languages speaking 5 languages she immediately knew she had a passion for travel, and hardwork.
Rest assured that she will personally take care of you with her amazing smile and friendly personality, her positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset, she will make your stay a wonderful experience when dining at either of our two restaurants.
